Services: BODYWRX provides a range of health and wellness services, including but not limited to NAD+ therapy, ozone therapy, IV therapy, peptides, chiropractic care, LED light therapy, exosomes, stem cell therapy, facial aesthetics, Jan Marini skin care, bioidentical hormone replacement, lab draws, telehealth, post-operative VIP packages, and pulsed electromagnetic frequency. The availability of specific services is subject to change without notice.
   
   
2. Payment: Payment for services is due at the time of service. BODYWRX accepts cash, checks, and major credit cards. 
   
   
3. Cancellation Policy: BODYWRX requires at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so will result in a $99 cancellation fee.
   
   
4. Confidentiality: BODYWRX is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information. We will not disclose any information without the client’s written consent, except as required by law.
   
   
5. Liability: BODYWRX is not liable for any damages arising from using our services or the Site. Clients assume full responsibility for their own health and wellness.
